365 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you ordered something and it's not what you thought, no worries. Send the item(s) back to us unopened, in it's original packaging within 365 days of the ship date, and we'll refund your money. If samples of the same product have been sent with the order, they can be kept and not returned and still receive a full refund.

Please note, your item(s) must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return. If you have any questions about the requirements below, please contact our Customer Service team by contact@luminousnutrients.com

  1. Your item must be returned in the exact condition in which you received it, and it must be returned unopened with its original packaging. (Unless faulty, medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetics products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.)
  2. If your item arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on contact@luminousnutrients.com with the details of the issue.
  3. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether your return is eligible for a refund. (All returns are evaluated before being processed.)
  4. If your return is approved, we will promptly process your refund back to your original method of payment. Please note, this can take up to 14-21 working days to reflect in your bank account. If, after 21 working days, you still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Service team on contact@luminousnutrients.com for further assistance.

If 365 days has passed since your purchase shipped, we apologize, but we can't accept the item(s) for a return.

Note: If you ordered more than 1 of a specific item, only 1 of those items may be returned opened. All other items must be sealed.

Return a Product

For one-time delivery and Auto Ship and Save recurring subscription orders:

Please note:

  • If you are planning to return products from multiple orders, please send them in separate shipments. Each return shipment must only contain items that were purchased in the same original order.

We are unable to process returns that do not meet these guidelines. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your package being returned to you or you may be charged a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original order.

To complete a return:

  • Fill in the back of the Luminous Supplements packing slip included in your shipment, including the reason for your return.
    • Order Number
    • Items being returned (item number, name, and quantity being returned).
    • The reason for your return.
    • Your contact information (full name, address, and phone number/email).
    • If you no longer have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your shipment:
  • Pack the products securely in a sturdy package and include the information above.

Return package using your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend using insured/trackable mail for these types of returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that don’t make it back to our warehouse.

Allow 2-3 weeks for your return to process, although, they usually don't take that long. You will receive an email confirming your refund.

Reorder a Product

If you would like to reorder a product, you can easily do so with our Online Reorder Service. Please note: You can only use this service if you are a registered online customer.
Step 1: Log into your account and view your order history. Select the Order and the Items you would like to reorder and press the “Re-order Selected” button. All of your Customer and Item information will be pre-populated in the form.
